Starting with an Amuse Bouche, the menu continues with a grilled asparagus with micro garden salad and black truffle coulis starter, followed by fresh pan-fried scallops with wild mushroom purée and jus of veal with thyme and rosemary. For the main course, guests can choose between a locally sourced wild sea bass, slow cooked in olive oil with traditional Greek feta risotto, or poached lobster tail with sweet carrots, pearl onions, mushrooms and cabernet wine sauce. ‘The Power Of The Moon’ Spa Offering
Guests will be able to enjoy special new afternoon spa treatments and massages for couples based on cycles of the moon at MarBella Corfu this summer. The first ‘New Moon’ package includes a 50-minute couples massage and 30-minute Express Mediterranean Facial. The relaxing massage will cover the whole body using a unique oil blend enriched with pure essential oils. The combination of a brief facial, using special ingredients that are rich in nutrients and vitamins, will showcase immediate results for a moisturising and radiant finish.
