Returning to London 25-27 May and expanding to Brighton 4-6 May

The Spanish Olive Festival will transport visitors to a Spanish olive grove, where they will be able to taste and stuff their very own olives. On-hand experts will be at the ready to help visitors learn about different flavour combinations and pairings, as well as guide them through flavour notes and recipe suggestions. Visitors will learn the technique to stuffing their own olives and use their newfound knowledge of the different flavour profiles to pair their olives with a range of fillings.

Both the Brighton Foodies Festival, 4 – 6 May at Hove Gardens and the London event, 25 – 27 May in Syon Park, will give visitors the chance to explore and enjoy the different varieties of olives Spain has to offer.

Olives from Spain ambassador, chef José Pizarro, will be attending the London event where he will be performing a cooking demonstration on the main stage.

The Foodies Festival, where The Spanish Olive Festival will be held, is the UK’s biggest food festival, with ten festivals held nationwide throughout the year.
