Spring is in full bloom at the P.F. Chang’s Asian Table this May.
Taking inspiration from the delicate Japanese Sakura flower or cherry blossom, P.F. Chang’s Asian Table have brought back their popular Bloom Room. Decorated in soft pink and white flowers, guests will have a chance to experience Hanami in the centre of Londons West End.
The Bloom Room have created limited-edition cocktails and Japanese desserts all served under the canopy of floral branches. Cocktail options include Strawberry Blossom (£10) made with gin, strawberry, lemon and sugar syrup and the Sakura Punch mocktail (£8) a heavenly mix of strawberry, passion fruit, orange, pineapple and a dash of almond syrup. Partnered with limited-edition desserts to satisfy even the sweetest tooth created by P.F. Chang’s Asian Tables very own Pastry Lab. The Sakura Tree (£8) is an exquisite vanilla cheesecake with hints of citrus, served with cherries, chocolate and shortbread crumbs with cherry sorbet, topped off with a chocolate branch and candy floss.
For macaron-lovers, Helen Clark, the restaurant’s accomplished pastry chef, has created a large matcha and raspberry macaron (£7.50), filled with fresh raspberries and matcha ganache, served with rose ice cream.
