Halo Burger Launches Smoky Carolina BBQ Burger

After launching to sell-out days and queues out of the door, Halo Burger in POP Brixton is releasing a brand new burger. Pulling on the heartstrings of meat-eaters across the capital, the new burger brings all the flavours that transport you to a BBQ cookout but waves goodbye to the bad taste of intensive animal farming.

The Smoky Carolina BBQ Burger pairs a juicy 1/4lb Beyond Meat patty with sticky BBQ sauce, smoked gouda style plant-based cheese, crispy fried onion strips and mayo. Hold up though, this burger is big on flavour but light on salad. Halo have stripped out anything that could weaken the punchy, bold flavours of this meat-eater’s mecca.

Halo Burger is the only restaurant in the world to specialise in the Beyond Burger; the world’s first plant-based burger that looks, cooks, and tastes like a fresh beef burger. They spent over a year and a half expertly creating a secret seasoning to perfectly complement the Beyond Burger, going through multiple tastings in California and London. This unique seasoning is then blended through every Halo Burger, elevating its taste and ensuring you have that Halo Moment from your very first bite.

Opening hours are Sunday-Thursday 12pm-10pm and Fridays-Saturdays 12pm-11pm
