Terms and Conditions
The picnic hamper is for a minimum of two guests whereby a full pre-payment of £26 per person and a £50 deposit per hamper will be required when booking your picnic in St. James’s Park. The deposit will be refunded on condition that the picnic rug, cutlery and glasses are returned to the hotel. Should the guest fail to return any of these items, the hotel shall reserve the right to retain the deposit.
In case the weather is not suitable for an outdoor picnic you will have the option to cancel at least 24 hours prior to your picnic or choose to have your picnic served in Emmeline’s Lounge.
