Located on the sought-after north-eastern coast of Sardinia, 7Pines Resort Sardinia reopened last month with a brand-new gourmet offering celebrating the very best of Italian cuisine. From a brand-new pizzeria concept in collaboration with award-winning pizzaiolo, Franco Pepe, to Michelin-starred ‘Four Hands Dinner’ experiences, guests to the resort this summer can embark on a unique culinary journey.

Laidback dining and new partnership with Giardino 25 by Gucci at Cone Club

This summer, Cone Club is exclusively partnering with Giardino 25 by Gucci, for a series of five glamorous evening events throughout the summer months. During these events, guests can enjoy signature cocktails from the award-winning mixologist and Bar Manager at Gucci Giardino 25, Martina Bonci, as well as live music from well-known DJs, with big names to be announced later this season. The following dates have been confirmed: June 28th & 29th, July 13th & 14th and September 14th.

For those who love to eat by the water, the laidback seafront Cone Club will reopen to guests on June 1st, combining beach life, music and nightlife. A natural oasis nestled between granite rocks and the emerald sea, the beach club is open for resort guests and visitors alike from lunchtime until late evening and is directly accessible by land or via the resort’s private jetty.

A sunset hotspot on the island, Cone Club welcomes guests to enjoy its ‘Sunset Rituals’ every evening throughout the summer, where they can enjoy an evening full of live music and entertainment, with occasional special guests.

Brand-new pizzeria concept in partnership with Franco Pepe 

This season, the resort has launched a brand-new pizzeria concept at their poolside restaurant, Spazio, in collaboration with the multi award-winning Italian pizzaiolo, Franco Pepe, star of Netflix’s Chefs Table. Overlooking the hotel’s spectacular pool, surrounded by fragrant lemon trees and vineyards, Spazio now offers a selection of Franco’s award-winning pizzas, renowned for their unique dough and creative ingredients that celebrate and reinvent the classical Italian recipes. The new menu includes Franco’s famous Margherita Sbagliata and Scarpetta pizza, as well as brand-new exclusive pizzas created with local Sardinian ingredients, only available at 7Pines Resort Sardinia. Previous accolades Franco Pepe has won include Pizzaiolo of the Year by Food and Travel and Master of the Arts and Crafts of Pizza by the “Scuola Internazionale di Cucina italiana ALMA” to name a few.

Throughout the summer season, Spazio will also host several special dining experiences for guests to enjoy. These include:

  • Spazio Italia: a unique culinary journey where diners can discover traditional dishes from each of the Italian regions. Every Thursday from June to September.
  • Paseana Dinner: a countryside-style dinner inspired by Sardinian tradition and culture. Enjoy authentic Sardinian dishes, live music and entertainment. Every last Sunday of the month, from June to September.
  • Ferragosto Gala Dinner: an indulgent buffet dinner with live music and entertainment to celebrate Italy’s national holiday, Ferragosto. Thursday 15th August 2024.

Authentic Sardinian fine-dining and ‘Four Hands Dinners’ at Capogiro

Located on a panoramic terrace overlooking the sea and Baja Sardinia, Capogiro is the resort’s Sardinian-inspired fine-dining restaurant. This season, guests can enjoy three brand-new tasting menus created by Head Chef Pasquale D’Ambrosio, all which celebrate creative Sardinian cuisine and honour the island’s local culinary traditions. These include Territorio (7 ‘land’ courses); Mareggiata (7 ‘sea’ courses); as well as Dove mi porta il cuora – an 8-course menu combining Chef Pasquale D’Ambrosio’s signature courses. Guests can also opt for an a la carte menu, featuring a selection of dishes, including red mullet in a filindeau pasta crust and suckling pig.  

This season, Capogiro will also be relaunching its popular ‘Four Hands Dinner’ series, welcoming a selection of well-known Michelin-starred chefs to cook an exclusive one-off menu alongside the resort’s Executive Chef Pasquale D’Ambrosio.
