atis, the sustainable, plant-forward salad bowl brand has announced the opening of its flagship store on London’s Regent Street on Monday 3rd June. This marks the brand’s sixth location in London and its first opening of 2024, with additional sites planned for Monument, Moorgate, Covent Garden and Battersea by the year’s end.

Since inaugurating its first store by Old Street in October 2019, atis has captured the hearts of Londoners with its build-your-own bowls of plant-powered goodness that are good for the body, soul and planet. With stores now also in Belgravia, Notting Hill, Canary Wharf and Borough Yards, their ethos is centred around balance, moderation and sustainability, creating recipes that provide flexibility to diners by offering a vast choice of flavoursome plant-powered options alongside meat, fish and dairy options sourced from trusted, local suppliers. The salads, freshly made on site every day with thoughtfully sourced ingredients, are innovative, nourishing and most importantly, delicious.

The opening menu of the Regent Street site will feature a new exclusive bowl, available at the Regent Street store only. This special will be a nourishing and flavour-packed twist on the cult salad classic, featuring romaine, baby spinach, cherry tomatoes, avocado, parmesan, crispy shallots and buffalo Caesar dressing and the atis famously craveable blackened chicken. Alongside this, atis will be bringing Regent Street locals their trusty favourites such as the Azetca and Seiz’a Caesar alongside the newly dropped atis seasonal Spring specials such as the acclaimed Jalapeño Taco and the Cashew Crunch Plate. This menu also features the Spring special – the Kimmy Kimchi Bowl – created in partnership with Korean chef Jihyun Kim (better known as Kimmy), which consists of rice, baby spinach, edamame and peas, kimchi radish slaw, spring onion and coriander, soft boiled egg, crispy shallots and Kimmy’s K.O. dressing, with the option to add sweet chilli salmon.

Alongside the house salads and bowls, customers can explore atis plates, introduced in late 2023, which offer more substantial options bursting with flavour. Examples include Chimichurri Wedges and You Feta Believe It, with optional protein additions.

atis is thrilled to launch its opening week with a series of exciting activities for customers to celebrate the new site. Kicking off on Monday 3rd June, the first 100 visitors to the new flagship location will receive their favourite atis bowl for free, and additionally there will be a 50% discount running for the week over lunch time (11.30am-3pm). To keep salad spirits high, throughout the week until Friday, activations include a ‘Spin the Wheel’ game offering a variety of potential prizes up to the value of £1000, surprise freebies and opportunities to win £50 atis gift cards.

Embracing a thoughtful, contemporary design, the Regent Street site will provide a vibrant, energising and youthful atmosphere in line with the brand’s ethos. Designed in collaboration with Daytrip Studio, the space features a bright mix of natural materials, from swirling resin floors to blond wood, combined with dynamic lighting and the atis custom yellow hues, set within an iconic Portland stone façade.

Co-Founder Eleanor Warder comments, “We are very excited to open atis on Regent Street: it marks a very exciting milestone in our journey. Our new flagship store embodies our commitment to offering fresh, vibrant and delicious food whilst creating an energetic and welcoming environment for our community.”

The new flagship store will offer delivery via Deliveroo, with operating hours aligned with store opening times. Click and collect services will also be available, along with atis kiosks. Catering options will be offered from this location.
