The sell-out culinary experience that headlines the RHS Chelsea Flower Show is about to open its doors for a second year running. Renowned for crafting imaginative ‘straight from the earth’ dishes, the hotly anticipated Spring Garden will welcome guests during RHS Chelsea, 21st—25th May.
A collaboration between celebrated Chef Skye Gyngell and luxury London caterer AP&Co, Spring Garden invites visitors to explore, experience, sense, and taste while reconnecting with nature. Discreetly situated in the heart of the historic grounds of the Royal Hospital Chelsea, the space offers an intimate dining experience where guests can unwind, enjoying a medley of culinary treats set against a serene woodland setting.
Bursting with seasonal flavours, Spring Garden prides itself on using simple seasonal ingredients, prepared with care and at the peak of their freshness, with minimum disruption to the natural world. Locally grown and responsibly sourced, every dish is thoughtfully designed and follows the ‘from farm to table’ etiquette, dedicated to supporting local producers.*
This year, Chef Skye hints at an array of fresh seasonal ingredients, from delicate sweet peas and flavoursome fennel to tender apricots, cherries, and locally sourced cheese and meats. Skye’s dedication to ‘whole plant cooking’ ensures every bite celebrates the natural world and minimises food waste. As a result, guests can anticipate a fusion of flavours, aromas, and textures that capture the essence of Spring with each bite.
