Norma, the renowned Sicilian-inspired restaurant in the heart of Fitzrovia, has unveiled its new bottomless brunch, now available every Saturday and Sunday.
Opened in 2019, Norma is the inaugural standalone restaurant from Stafford Collection, a prestigious and independently owned portfolio of luxury hotels and restaurants in the UK. This Sicilian-inspired dining establishment is located in a charming townhouse on Charlotte Street in London’s Fitzrovia. The restaurant spans three floors, with the first two floors dedicated to the main dining area and the top floor serving as an exclusive private dining space.

Priced from £45pp, diners can enjoy a two-course feast with the addition of free-flowing Franciacorta or Prosecco.
Inspired by the food and culture of Sicily, Chef Giovann Attard has created a brunch menu that begins with Olives and Focaccia, followed by a choice of antipasti such as Chickpea panelle or Spaghettini fritters. For the main course, guests can choose between Pasta alla Norma: Aubergine parmigiana and Beef lasagne, with the option of additional sides such as Spring tomatoes with puntarella and Roasted courgettes with pistachio gremolata.
When?
Norma’s bottomless brunch is available Saturdays from 11:30 to 13.30 and Sundays from 12:00 to 15:00. The menu is priced at £45pp for two courses with unlimited Prosecco and £75pp for two courses with unlimited Franciacorta.
