Multi-Michelin-starred French Chef Yannick Alléno announces the return of Pavyllon London’s Counter-Culture Series for 2025, collaborating with culinary powerhouse, Chet Sharma, the Chef Patron behind Mayfair’s award-winning Indian restaurant, BiBi. Taking place on the evening of Thursday 6th February (7 pm), experience a spectacular six-course tasting menu co-created by the legendary chefs, blending the precision of French gastronomy with the bold flavours of Indian cuisine.
Renowned for crafting some of the UK’s most creative contemporary Indian dishes, Chet will bring his expertise to the counter and reimagine some of his signature plates. Offering a front-row seat to a dynamic partnership with two of the world’s leading chefs at the helm, the event will be a one-of-a-kind gourmet celebration.

The menu comprises six courses with complimentary canapés, with Yannick’s plates spotlighting his signature French flair and premium ingredients and sauces using his famous extraction and cryoconcentration techniques. Chet’s creations are inspired by ingredients and memories from the Indian subcontinent and demonstrate his mastery of spices. There will be a special gourmet gift at the end of the meal for all diners.
The Yannick Alléno x Chet Sharma Counter-Culture Dinner is priced at £190pp, including a gift to takeaway. A wine pairing is available at an additional £125 per person.

The Counter-Culture events see Yannick and head chef Benjamin Ferra Y Castell invite culinary masters to the impressive kitchen counter in Mayfair, located within Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane, as part of the hotel’s 55th-anniversary celebrations in 2025, with more top chef collaborations to be announced.
Can’t make it to the restaurant on 6th February? Mayfair hotspot Bar Antoine, adjoining Michelin-starred Pavyllon London, will be offering a special BiBi-inspired gin cocktail with curry leaves, named the C&C (£24), available from 6th to 28th February.
