NEW Michelin-star Dining Experience for 2025

In April 2025, Ibiza Gran Hotel will unveil an elevated vision of its flagship Michelin-starred restaurant, La Gaia by Óscar Molina. Designed by the acclaimed Sandra Tarruella Studios, the space captures the essence of traditional Ibizan architecture with a contemporary twist. Vaulted ceilings, thick lime-plaster arches, and organic forms are paired with natural materials like stone and sculptural wood. These elements craft an elegant yet serene dining environment that mirrors the local landscape.

The redesigned La Gaia presents a fresh culinary narrative, offering creative, modern cuisine rooted in Ibizan traditions and Mediterranean flavours. Guests will embark on a multi-stage gastronomic journey, beginning with curated aperitifs before indulging in an unforgettable dining experience.

NEW Musa Bar, Casual Elegance with a Touch of Nostalgia

Complementing La Gaia, the new Musa Bar introduces a refined yet relaxed space for lighter fare and expertly crafted cocktails. Echoing the restaurant’s aesthetic, Musa Bar features brass accents, bespoke lighting, and a collection of 1970s photographs by renowned artist Tony Keeler. With masonry seating and low tables, the atmosphere is inviting, fostering an informal yet sophisticated vibe.

The Ibiza Gran Hotel is set to enhance its already stunning spaces and further cement its reputation as a Mediterranean landmark for luxury, art, and culture.
