Le Beauvallon opens its doors to guests for the first time in
nearly a decade
A historic icon of the French Riviera, Le Beauvallon is set to open its doors to guests again, marking a significant new chapter in its storied legacy.
First opened in 1914, the Belle Époque palace is one of the Côte d’Azur’s most exclusive addresses. Nestled on ten acres, its manicured gardens and terraces overlook the shimmering Bay of Saint-Tropez. With its private beach club, yacht pontoon, and just an eight-minute boat ride from the heart of St. Tropez, Le Beauvallon has long been a hidden gem among Riviera connoisseurs.
For nearly a decade, the property has served exclusively as a private events venue, hosting unforgettable celebrations behind closed doors. From 1 July to 31 October 2025, Le Beauvallon will open 25 sea-facing suites for individual guest bookings.

The reopening marks the first phase of a two-part transformation in collaboration with COMO Hotels and Resorts.. Known for its impeccable service, wellness focus, and world-class dining, COMO will officially debut COMO Le Beauvallon in 2026, adding the French Riviera to its portfolio of extraordinary destinations, which includes London’s Mayfair and the UNESCO-listed Alpe di Siusi.
Le Beauvallon’s beach club will unveil a new culinary direction for summer 2025. It will blend Asian and Mediterranean influences in a relaxed, sun-soaked setting overlooking the bay. This new chapter will involve Yannick Alléno, the Michelin-lauded chef with 17 stars, who’ll develop innovative dining concepts.
With its blend of Riviera glamour, heritage charm, and contemporary luxury, Le Beauvallon is poised to become a sought-after coastal retreat.
