Finally, with multicultural origins and corresponding culinary influences, Michelin starred Greg Malouf introduces us to an exciting Middle Eastern cuisine from distant Australia.

Your culinary experiences will be elevated with wine and champagne pairings, as well as meeting the chefs behind each dish. A host of other activities will be taking place over the five-day event. The full programme of events taking place across the five days will be released shortly.

Sani Resort is also delighted to unveil a calendar of monthly foodie events to ensure the gastronomical delight of Sani Gourmet continues throughout the year. Each month Sani Resort will shine a light on a different chef, restaurant or initiative that is going above and beyond to offer an unusual culinary experience for guests. June will see pastry chef Graham Hornigold present his 25 years of experience through an array of delicate dessert recipes, and in July, Michelin starred Ettore Botrini, will create gastronomic excellence in Fresco restaurant at Sani Dunes. In August, Water restaurant will introduce a special menu, carefully curated by three Michelin starred chef Mauro Colagreco using locally sourced ingredients.
