To enhance this transformation, the talented Artistic Director Cordélia de Castellane brought her unique touch to the venue’s decor. With a subtle decorative facelift, she managed to preserve the historic spirit of Minim’s while adding contemporary, elegant, and warm touches.

Bistrot Minim’s Dedication to French Tradition
Bistrot Minim’s celebrates the classics of French cuisine with a generous and flavourful menu that will delight both Parisians and tourists – Burgundy snails, Lentil salad with Morteau sausage, Flank steak with shallots and fries, Stuffed cabbage – and a selection of homemade desserts, such as the famous Tarte Tatin or Profiteroles.
